Bibiana Neo is a Raw Chef whose training include spending many weeks and month with today’s leading Raw Revolutionaries, from Sarma Melaingolis to Ani Phyo, from Mathew Kenny in the US to the chefs of the Sancturay in Ko Samui, Thailand.

Her insight and artistic exploration has led her to realize that there is an over use of certain nuts and flours, where she weaves her nutritional education and personal flavor and combines new understanding which create the most magnificent dishes.

Noticing a void in Raw Books and restaurants with a lack in breakfast items and diverse lunches, her creations appear throughout the first three months of this blog.
