Day 65 – jubilee

I feel so blessed at times with some of the people that I meet, work with and get to know. Every human being is an incredible person, but it’s not like I get to meet and to know each of you. I would like to, but it does take two of us. I am sharing with you through this blog, waiting for any feedback and interaction from you.

Isn’t that how it is with every person you meet though? How fast did you make friends growing up? And now?

We must take note of such things because it is similar in health and nutrition. What you liked yesterday, will not be what you like next week, and how you connected with one lifestyle, might be modified down the road. Connection is foundation. When you connect with someone it is like establishing a foundation.

In Raw Food the foundation lies in vegetables, in juices and smoothies, and in eating super foods. Don’t skip out on royal honey, that is like heaven food. Full of everything you need. Do you know David Wolfe? Do you know of the cacao revolution? the underground movement to change the world through cacao? Seek it out. Cacao is a super food. Keeps your clean white in the process.

The raw bread today has cacao in it. So good. You can’t even tel it is raw. The power of a dehydrator. Looks cooked, yet has all the raw enzymes, which is the other reason to eat raw.

I woke up at 6 to practice PlyoX. It was tough. That work out, that early, tough. But it was a supr long day, and I can at least say, I did it!!!

Hope you try this bread recipe, it is amazing.
