Day 58 – hop, skip, jump

When you combine all three together you leap over any hurdle that comes your way. Not always easy, and you might even fall into the hole, but remember, if you fall, you simply have to get back up and try again. That is really the hard part. To get up and do it again.

At least with PlyoX the risk of falling into a hole is tiny, yet the mental or threshold hole might hit you often. Relax wit hit, remember the above words, you only have to try and get back up. Just try and everything is possible. You will surprise yourself.

The chef is a little out of the weather lately, I have been fending off of leftovers at best, and let alone last night venturing into cooked land by eating Matza and Matza Ball soup (had to, it was Passover dinner). I realize how valuable it is for someone else to prepare raw food for you, it’s so complex in its preparation. I believe that once you master it and have it down it is not as complex as it seems, not any more than cooked food, just most of us have been cooking all our lives. It will be like asking an adult to start crawling. We would really have to stumble and fall before we could master the crawling as well as the walking (which we have done since 2 giving walking a much higher advantage of learning than crawling).

Enclosed is a really fabulous Kale Salad. It’s all about the lemon soaking, I am telling you. Soak your Kale in lemod juice, mix it all up together, let it sit for a few minutes as you cut and prepare all the other ingredients. Can’t beat it!

And you get your calcium, your protein, your daily green dose and your daily oils. Now you really can’t beat that, can you?

    That is such a good idea – I love kale salads, but sometimes they are too rough for me. I never thought of soaking the kale in lemon juice. What else went into the salad?

    Kale Salad

    1 Brunch kale, cut into bite bits
    1/3 cup halves olive
    juice fr half lemon
    3 tbsp olive/hemp/mac oil
    1/4 cup hemp seeds
    2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    pinch of sea salt

    Massage kale, lemon juice, sea salt and oil. Set aside and mix in all other together…
